Lite Foods are Ruining Your Diet

Many of us eat foods that we think are healthy, but they are destroying our diet. We get a highly processed bill of goods from food companies marked as healthy.

According to a study which published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, more than three quarters of American’s diet comes from highly processed 61 percent and moderately processed 16 percent foods and drinks and it is getting worse.  This study covered 157000 shoppers from 2000-2012, tracked their food purchases with a barcode scanner. Study also concluded that 68 percent of people love ready to eat food products. Most of the people don’t want to spend time in cooking a healthy meal and prefer to eat Nestle’s Hot Pockets.
